The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and provides high-strength rubber concrete containing a composite fiber interface filler and a preparation method of the high-strength rubber concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, activating the surface of the helical carbon fiber, introducing an acyl chloride group to the surface of the helical carbon fiber, then reacting the acyl chloride group with propargyl alcohol to obtain a terminal alkynyl group, and then reacting the terminal alkynyl group with bis (triethylphosphine) palladium dichloride to load a palladium catalyst on the surface of the helical carbon fiber. And finally, initiating a phenyl isocyanide monomer to polymerize through a palladium catalyst to form a spiral molecular chain, thereby preparing the spiral carbon fiber/spiral polyphenyl isocyanide filler, namely the composite fiber interface filler. By adding the interface filler, the interface bonding of rubber particles and concrete inorganic components can be obviously improved, and the interruption of a stress transfer path during compression is prevented, so that the compressive strength of the rubber concrete is improved.
