Pretreatment method of filler and high-strength concrete containing filler
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses a pretreatment method of filler and high-strength concrete containing the filler. The pretreatment method of the filler comprises the following steps: step 1), injecting a hydrofluoric acid solution with the concentration of 3-5% into broken stones until the broken stones are completely soaked, and stirring for 8-10 minutes; (2) discharging the hydrofluoric acid solution, and then injecting clear water while stirring to wash residual hydrofluoric acid on the surface of the gravel; and step 3), drying the cleaned broken stones at 150-160 DEG C to obtain the pretreated filler. The high-strength concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 260 to 261 parts of cement; 52.5 to 52.8 parts of slag powder; 38.3 to 38.6 parts of fly ash; 463.5 to 463.8 parts of sand; 825 to 826 parts of a filling material; 7.7 to 7.8 parts of an additive; the filler is prepared by the pretreatment method of the filler. The method has the effect of improving the strength of the concrete under the condition of not increasing the use amount of cement.
