The glass fiber reinforced hydrated magnesium silicate cement composite material is prepared by taking hydrated magnesium silicate cement as a base material and glass fibers as a reinforcing material; the glass fiber reinforced hydrated magnesium silicate cement composite material disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and low shrinkage, the defects of high brittleness, poor crack resistance and poor deformability of an existing hydrated magnesium silicate cement system are remarkably improved, and the application potential of the hydrated magnesium silicate cement system in the field of civil engineering is favorably widened.
本发明属于复合材料领域,具体地说是玻璃纤维增强水化硅酸镁水泥复合材料及其制备方法,按照原材料重量份计算,该复合材料各组分及比例为:轻烧氧化镁30~50份,硅灰40~60份,石英砂90~120份,拌合水50~60份,六偏磷酸钠2~4份,玻璃纤维2~8份。本发明以水化硅酸镁水泥作为基材,玻璃纤维作为增强材料,制备了一种玻璃纤维增强水化硅酸镁水泥复合材料;本发明的玻璃纤维增强水化硅酸镁水泥复合材料的具有轻质、高强度、低收缩的特点,显著改善了现有水化硅酸镁水泥体系脆性大、抗裂性差、变形能力差的不足,有助于扩宽水化硅酸镁水泥体系在土木工程领域的应用潜力。
