Whisker modified hydrated magnesium silicate material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a whisker modified hydrated magnesium silicate material and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of novel building materials. The whisker modified hydrated magnesium silicate material is mainly prepared from magnesium oxide, silica fume, aggregate, sodium hexametaphosphate and basic magnesium sulfate whisker according to a specificratio. After the raw materials are cured and molded, energy can be consumed between the basic magnesium sulfate whiskers and the whisker modified hydrated magnesium silicate material matrix in a friction manner; therefore, the generation of cracks and the rapid expansion of a fracture surface are delayed to a great extent, and the mechanical strength of the whisker modified hydrated magnesium silicate material after curing molding can be effectively improved; meanwhile, sodium hexametaphosphate is added, so that the water-cement ratio of the whisker modified hydrated magnesium silicate material is reduced; quartz sand and basic magnesium sulfate whiskers are added, so that a framework is provided for the M-S-H gel, and the shrinkage of the M-S-H gel is reduced. Therefore, the problems oflarge water demand and large air shrinkage deformation of existing hydrated magnesium silicate cement can be effectively relieved.
本发明提供了一种晶须改性水化硅酸镁材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及新型建筑材料技术领域。所述晶须改性水化硅酸镁材料主要由氧化镁、硅灰、骨料、六偏磷酸钠和碱式硫酸镁晶须按特定比例组成,由上述原料固化成型后碱式硫酸镁晶须和晶须改性水化硅酸镁材料基体之间能够通过摩擦的方式来消耗能量,从而在很大程度上迟缓了裂纹的产生以及断裂面的迅速扩展,能够有效提高本申请晶须改性水化硅酸镁材料固化成型后的力学强度;同时六偏磷酸钠的加入,降低了本申请晶须改性水化硅酸镁材料的水灰比;石英砂和碱式硫酸镁晶须的加入为M‑S‑H凝胶提供了骨架,降低其收缩。因此,本申请能够有效缓解现有水化硅酸镁水泥需水量大、干缩变形大的问题。
