The invention discloses a resin glassy carbon modified graphite tube which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-25% of linear phenolic resin powder, 65-80% of graphite powder, 3-20% of additive and the like. The curing agent of the phenolic resin is preferably epoxy resin, and a small amount of chopped dispersed or fabric-shaped carbon fiber reinforced material is mixed in the curing agent. The glassy carbon is good in permeability resistance and better in heat transfer performance, the mechanical strength is higher after the carbon fibers are added, high-temperature graphitization is not needed, environment friendliness and energy conservation are achieved, the service life is long, and the glassy carbon heat exchange pipeline can be massively used as a heat exchange pipeline for high-temperature and high-pressure fluid.
本发明公开了一种树脂玻璃碳改性的石墨管,由线性酚醛树脂粉体、石墨粉、添加剂按15~25%:65~80%:3~20%的重量比等作为原料制成;酚醛树脂的固化剂优选为环氧树脂,另有少量短切分散或织物状碳纤维增强材料混杂其中。本发明具有玻璃碳的抗渗透性好,传热性能更好,加了碳纤维后力学强度更高,无需高温石墨化环保节能,使用寿命长久,能够大量用做高温高压流体的热交换管道。
