Modified furan resin composition for graphite impregnation
The invention provides a modified furan resin composition for graphite impregnation. The modified furan resin composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of biomass modified furan resin; 50 to 60 parts of ethanol; 0.5 to 1.2 parts of nano silicon powder; 0.5 to 1.2 parts of nano aluminum powder; the preparation method of the biologically modified furan resin comprises the following steps: S11, adding lignin and lignin-coated aluminum oxide composite nanospheres into 1/2 of a formaldehyde solution, adjusting the pH value to 10, and carrying out a heating reaction to obtain a mixture solution; and S12, adding a urea and 1/2 formaldehyde mixed solution into the mixed solution, continuing heating reaction, then adding 2/3-3/4 furfuryl alcohol, adjusting the pH value to 4, performing heating reflux reaction, cooling, performing vacuum dehydration, and finally adding the rest furfuryl alcohol to obtain the biomass modified furan resin. Lignin and lignin-coated aluminum oxide composite nanosphere modified furan resin are adopted, so that nanoparticles can permeate into pores of graphite, and the porosity and mechanical properties of the graphite are reduced.
