Expressway pavement construction method in southern Xinjiang desert area
The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement construction, and discloses a southern Xinjiang desert area expressway pavement construction method, which comprises principle analysis and field construction, and the principle analysis comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out field analysis on various factors influencing the performance of an asphalt pavement; (2) performing performance comparison on different kinds of asphalt and different grades of mineral aggregates by utilizing a Marshall test method, and selecting an optimal mix proportion conforming to local construction; and (3) the temperature stress is effectively released by adopting an active joint-cutting mode, the generation of base layer cracks is reduced, and the cracking of the asphalt surface layer is further effectively reduced. Through the active joint cutting technology of the base layer, the temperature stress of the base layer is released, formation of base layer cracks is reduced, then reflection cracks of the asphalt surface layer are reduced, meanwhile, through optimization of the mix proportion design, the mix proportion which is good in high-temperature performance and capable of guaranteeing the low-temperature anti-cracking performance is selected, formation of pavement diseases is effectively controlled, and the pavement quality is improved. And the crack treatment cost and the pavement maintenance cost are reduced.
本发明属于路面施工技术领域,且公开了南疆沙漠地区高速公路路面施工工法,包括有原理分析和现场施工,所述原理分析步骤为:1)对影响沥青路面性能的各种因素进行实地分析;2)利用马歇尔试验方法,对不同沥青、不同级配的矿料进行性能对比,选取符合本地区施工的最佳配合比;3)采取主动切缝的方式有效释放温度应力,减少基层裂缝的产生,进而有效减少沥青面层的开裂。本发明通过对基层的主动切缝技术,释放基层的温度应力,减少基层裂缝的形成,进而减少了沥青面层的反射裂缝,同时通过配合比设计的优化,选用了高温性能好又能保证低温抗裂性能的配合比,有效控制了路面病害的形成,减少裂缝的处理费用及路面的维护费用。
