Connecting joint of prefabricated non-bearing outer wall and cast-in-place shear wall
The connecting joint comprises a lower plate section and an upper beam section which are integrally formed in a pouring mode, the lower plate section is provided with two opposite adjacent sides, prefabricated socket grooves are formed in the adjacent sides, elastic cushion layers are laid on the side faces of the adjacent sides, and the lower plate section is provided with an upper end and a lower end which are opposite. A grouting hole is formed in the lower end of the lower plate section, the upper beam section is formed at the upper end of the lower plate section, anchoring ribs used for anchoring a cast-in-place shear wall are formed at the two opposite ends of the upper beam section, and a positioning rib used for being inserted into the grouting hole of the lower plate section of the connecting joint of the upper-layer prefabricated non-bearing outer wall and the cast-in-place shear wall is formed on the upper portion of the upper beam section. Post-pouring mortar is poured into the grouting holes and wraps the positioning ribs. The problem that an existing prefabricated non-bearing outer wall is made of a concrete material the same as that of a main body structure, and after the existing prefabricated non-bearing outer wall and a cast-in-place shear wall of the main body structure are directly poured into a whole, the rigidity of the main body structure is affected is solved.
