Manufacturing method of cast-in-place connection joint of prefabricated shear wall
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a cast-in-place connecting joint of a prefabricated shear wall. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing a reinforcing steel bar replacing work procedure: firstly, reserving vertical reinforcing steel bars of the shear wall at the upper end and the lower end when the prefabricated shear wall is manufactured, wherein two or four reinforcing steel bars in the constraint edge members and the construction edge members at the end parts and the corners of the cross section are replaced by reinforcing steel bars with the diameter of 25 mm (the steel bars with the diameter greater than or equal to 25 mm in the positions do not need to be replaced), and the reinforcing steel bars with the diameter of 25 mm can be additionally replaced in the middle of the cross section when the shear wall is relatively long; in a form of arranging the large-diameter supporting steel bars in the edge components of the shear wall, the temporary supporting problem during field installation of the prefabricated shear wall is solved; a refined sleeve is used for connection, so that the supporting steel bars become a part of vertical reinforcing bars of the edge components; other vertical steel bars of the shear wall are connected in a lap joint or welding mode; and the space reserved between the upper and lower layers of the prefabricated shear wall is just reserved for anchoring steel bars at connection nodes of a prefabricated beam and the prefabricated shear wall, so that the connection node can be completed in a cast-in-place mode, the performance of the connection node is the same as that of a cast-in-place structure, and the problem that the quality of sleeve grouting connection is difficult to guarantee is solved.
本发明公开了一种预制剪力墙的现浇连接节点的制作方法,包括以下步骤:先进行替换钢筋工序,首先在制作预制剪力墙时上下两端预留出剪力墙的竖向钢筋,其中在横截面的端部及转角处的约束边缘构件及构造边缘构件中两根或四根钢筋替换为直径25mm的钢筋(该位置的钢筋直径大于或等于25mm的不用替换),剪力墙较长时也可在横截面中间增加直径25mm的钢筋的替换;本发明专利通过在剪力墙的边缘构件中设置大直径支撑钢筋的形式解决预制剪力墙现场安装时的临时支撑问题,用精制套筒连接使支撑钢筋成为边缘构件的竖向配筋的一部分,剪力墙的其他竖向钢筋用搭接或焊接的方式连接,上下两层预制剪力墙间所预留的空间正好留给预制梁与预制剪力墙连接节点钢筋的锚固,使连接节点能用现浇的方式完成,其性能与现浇结构一样,解决套筒注浆连接的质量难以保证的问题。
