The constraint pull rod is arranged in the plastic hinge area, the constraint pull rod can effectively constrain concrete and connecting steel bars in the core grouting area, and the stress performance such as the bearing capacity, the plastic deformation capacity and the ductility of the square tube composite column can be improved. The standardized assembly type concrete square tube composite column with the constraint pull rod is formed by cast-in-place concrete, the concrete square tube composite column can be suitable for different axial forces and bending moments by adjusting the grade of the connecting steel bars and the grade of core grouting concrete, and a standard prefabricated column is selected.
