The marine oily pollutant treatment device comprises a ship body, a peripheral structure; the supporting structure comprises a connecting piece, a supporting arm, a sliding rail and an adjusting rack; the adjusting structure comprises a sliding block, a sliding bearing, a sliding groove, a lifting rail, an adjusting motor, an adjusting gear, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic rod and a range finder; the separation structure comprises a separation cylinder, a cylinder cover, a connecting ring, a balance ring, a centrifugal cylinder, a filter membrane, a rotating shaft, a transmission belt, a centrifugal motor and a transmission wheel; the oil pumping structure comprises an oil pumping pipe and an oil pumping pump; a control structure; the recycling structure comprises a fixed box, a recycling box, a recycling pump and a recycling pipe; and a power structure. The marine oily pollutant treatment device provided by the invention has the advantages of high working efficiency, intelligence and capability of immediately separating seawater from petroleum pollutants.
