The invention relates to the technical field of oily sewage treatment, in particular to a novel oily sewage treatment device which comprises a solid-liquid separator and a sewage temporary storage pool, and the output end of the sewage temporary storage pool is connected with a sewage collection pool through a sewage pump. One side of the reuse water tank is respectively communicated with the polyacrylamide PAM stirring tank and the polyaluminum chloride PAC through a plurality of dosing pumps, and one side of the output part of the polyacrylamide PAM stirring tank and one side of the output part of the polyaluminum chloride PAC are connected with the backflow part of the homogeneous stirring tank. Through cooperation of an oil separation tank, an oil taking pry, a dirty oil temporary storage tank, a homogeneous stirring tank, a reuse water tank, polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and a polyacrylamide (PAM) stirring tank, oil-containing sewage of a liquid substance generated after reduction treatment is subjected to secondary treatment, and the purposes that the whole equipment is simple in process technology, convenient to install, low in failure rate, small in agent use amount and low in cost are achieved. The operation cost is low, and on-site operation and use are facilitated.
