Fiber-blended ultra-high performance concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fiber-blended ultra-high-performance concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The fiber-blended ultra-high-performance concrete material comprises a composite cementing material, aggregate, an auxiliary agent and fibers. The composite cementing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600-900 parts of cement, 50-200 parts of mineral powder or fly ash and 80-200 parts of silica fume. The aggregate is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 400 to 800 parts of sand of 20 to 40 meshes, 150 to 400 parts of sand of 40 to 70 meshes and 100 to 200 parts of sand of 325 meshes; the auxiliary agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 120 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.4 part of a de-foaming agent, 0.3 to 0.8 part of a stabilizing agent, 0.01 to 0.1 part of a wetting dispersant and 100 to 150 parts of water; and 10 to 24 parts of fiber. The fiber-blended ultra-high performance concrete provided by the invention meets the mechanical property requirement of a building outer wall decorative plate, and also greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of the plate.
