Ecological ultra-high performance concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an ecological ultra-high performance concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing metal tailings into hyper-activated tailing powder by using superfine activity analysis grinding coating and a mechanical-chemical activation method, and replacing cement; then, through particle shaping, surface strengthening and grading separation, the particle size and the shape of tailings are shaped to prepare tailing sand for replacing quartz sand; and finally, uniformly anchoring the colloidal silicon dioxide on the surface of the fiber by adopting an ultrasonic atomization mode so as to improve the surface roughness of the fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out dry mixing on a cementing material composed of cement, fly ash and hyperactivity tailing powder, quartz sand and tailing sand according to a ratio, uniformly mixing, adding mixing water and a water reducing agent, stirring to obtain uniform slurry, finally adding the pretreated fibers, and uniformly stirring to obtain the ecological ultra-high performance concrete.
本发明提出了一种生态型超高性能混凝土材料及其制备方法。首先,利用超细活性分析粉磨包覆和机械‑化学活化法将金属尾矿制备为超活化尾矿粉,用于替代水泥;随后通过颗粒整形、表面强化和级配分选,对尾矿粒径和形状进行整形制成尾矿砂,用于替代石英砂;最后,采用超声雾化的方式使胶体二氧化硅均匀锚固在纤维表面,以提升纤维表面粗糙度。将由水泥、粉煤灰、超活化尾矿粉组成的胶凝材料与由石英砂、尾矿砂按照比例进行干混,待混合均匀后加入拌合水、减水剂搅拌为均匀浆体,最后加入预处理纤维,待搅拌均匀后即可制得生态型超高性能混凝土。
