The invention discloses a continuous structure of a simply supported small box girder bridge deck slab structure and a construction method thereof. The continuous structure comprises a rubber isolation layer which is laid at the groove bottom of a post-pouring groove between two adjacent small box girders, and the two opposite ends of the rubber isolation layer extend to an anti-collision guardrail and are turned upwards along the root of the anti-collision guardrail; the bearing plate is laid on the rubber isolation layer, the bearing plate is arranged above the end seam between the two adjacent sections of the multi-span small box girders, and the two opposite sides of the bearing plate extend into the notches of the two adjacent sections of the multi-span small box girders correspondingly; the plurality of connecting pieces are vertically arranged on the supporting plate; the concrete consolidation body and the post-pouring groove are filled with concrete, the concrete wraps the multiple connecting pieces, the bearing plate and the rubber isolation layer to form the concrete consolidation body in a consolidation mode, at least two expansion joints are formed in the upper portion of the concrete consolidation body, and the expansion joints are filled with sealant. The problems that a traditional simply-supported small box girder bridge adopts a pavement layer continuous structure, and bridge floor reflection cracks and water seepage are likely to be formed are solved.
本发明公开了一种简支小箱梁桥面板结构连续构造及其施工方法,包括:橡胶隔离层,铺设于相邻两段小箱梁之间的后浇筑槽的槽底,橡胶隔离层的相对两端延伸至防撞护栏并沿防撞护栏的根部上翻;支承板,铺设于橡胶隔离层,支承板设置于相邻两段的多跨小箱梁之间的端缝的上方,支承板的相对两侧分别延伸至相邻两段的多跨小箱梁的缺口中;多个连接件,竖设于支承板;混凝土固结体,后浇筑槽中填充有混凝土,混凝土包覆于多个连接件、支承板和橡胶隔离层以固结形成混凝土固结体,混凝土固结体的上部开设有至少两道伸缩缝,伸缩缝中填充有密封胶。本发明解决了传统的简支小箱梁桥梁采用采用铺装层连续构造存在易形成桥面反射裂缝、渗水的问题。
