The invention relates to a limited space lower cover beam prestress tensioning operation platform which comprises upper cross beams, vertical rods, a steel wire mesh, a lower cross beam, a bottom frame and a cantilever beam, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam at the top are connected in a welded mode through the left vertical rod and the right vertical rod, and a plurality of middle upper cross beams are welded to the middles of the two vertical rods; a steel wire mesh is welded between the lowermost upper cross beam and the lower cross beam to form a tensioning operation platform rack; and the two tensioning operation platform racks are welded together through the underframe to form the tensioning operation platform.
