The invention discloses a steel pipe pile anti-scouring device which comprises a directional pulley movably connected with the outer side wall of a steel pipe pile and capable of moving in the axial direction of the steel pipe pile. And the inner circle of the annular reinforcing piece is arranged on the outer side of the steel pipe pile in a sleeving mode and connected with the directional pulley, and the outer circle of the annular reinforcing piece is connected with a guiding buoyancy piece through a guiding cable. The annular reinforcing piece is arranged on the outer side of the steel pipe pile in a sleeving mode, no matter how the water flow direction changes, water flow can be prevented from scouring soil at the fixing position of the steel pipe pile, the fixing depth of the steel pipe pile is guaranteed, and installation stability is improved. The directional pulleys are arranged on the outer sides of the steel pipe piles, so that arrangement of the annular reinforcing pieces is facilitated; the soil is not directly changed, the anti-scouring function is achieved by additionally arranging the annular reinforcing piece, and the durability is improved; and by arranging the guiding buoyancy piece, assembling and position adjusting of the annular reinforcing piece are facilitated.
