The invention provides a construction method for a direct circulation cast-in-place pile of a percussion drill, and relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile hole-forming construction.The construction method comprises the steps that a pile casing is buried, a foundation at the bottom of the pile casing is filled with clay in a replaced mode, the clay is tamped, and the outer wall of the pile casing is backfilled with the clay and tamped in a layered mode; a percussion drill is erected on one side of the pile casing, and a percussion bit of the percussion drill extends into the pile casing for drilling; a direct circulation deslagging system is arranged on one side of the pile casing, and the direct circulation deslagging system is connected with the percussion bit; slag is discharged in a hole drilled by the percussion bit in a direct circulation mode, and slurry flows back upwards and enters a direct circulation slag discharging system; a reinforcement cage is hung in the hole, and hole cleaning and slurry changing treatment is conducted on the interior of the hole; and concrete pouring is conducted in the hole where the reinforcement cage is placed to form a pile, and the pile casing is taken out.
