The invention discloses a millstone ground construction waste liquid collecting method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a continuous zigzag slurry discharging pipe is arranged at the bottom of a ground construction position; a plurality of vertical branch pipes are inserted above the continuous concentric-square-shaped slurry discharging pipe at equal intervals; a collecting pipe which penetrates through the wall corners and extends out of the building is inserted into one end, close to each wall corner, of the continuous concentric-square-shaped slurry discharging pipe; 2, a plurality of confluence pits located at the positions of the confluence pipes are excavated around the outdoor building, a waste liquid collecting box is embedded in each pit, and each waste liquid collecting box communicates with the corresponding confluence pipe through a connecting pipe; and 3, selecting a proper position near the plurality of waste liquid collecting boxes, placing a clear water box, then communicating with each waste liquid collecting box by utilizing a collecting pipe, and installing a water suction pump in the middle of the collecting pipe. According to the method, water resources are repeatedly used, waste liquid is fully utilized, the use cost is reduced, and the water resources are saved.
