The invention relates to the technical field of millstone ground construction, in particular to a pattern millstone ground construction process which comprises the following steps: a1, preparing a partition plate with a required shape, and supporting the partition plate on a base body; a2, a first millstone material layer is laid on the area, located on the periphery of the partition plate, of the base body; a3, after the first millstone material layer is solidified, the partition plate is dissolved away, and then a dissolution area is formed; a4, paving a new millstone material layer in the dissolving area; and a5, after the newly paved millstone material layer is cured, surface treatment is conducted on the whole millstone layer area. Through the new process, the difficulty of pattern formation is greatly reduced, the cost is also reduced, and the construction of the whole process flow is more efficient.
本发明涉及磨石地面施工技术领域，尤其是一种花纹磨石地面施工工艺，a1、制备所需形状的隔板，并将隔板支撑在基体上；a2、在基体上位于隔板四周的区域摊铺第一磨石材料层；a3、等待第一磨石材料层固化后，溶解掉隔板后形成溶解区域；a4、向溶解区域摊铺新的磨石材料层；a5、等待新摊铺的磨石材料层固化后对整个磨石层区域进行表面处理。通过该种新工艺，图案形成的难度大大降低，成本也会减小，整个工艺流程施工更加效率。
