The invention relates to a theater large-space movable sound insulation wall and a construction method thereof.The top of the sound insulation wall is slidably connected with a guide rail at the top of the space in a theater, the sound insulation wall comprises a frame, two aluminum profiles, a telescopic mechanism, sound insulation assemblies on the two sides and sound insulation cotton filled between the sound insulation assemblies on the two sides, and the two aluminum profiles are fixed to the left end and the right end of the frame correspondingly; the telescopic mechanism is vertically installed in the middle of the frame, the sound insulation assembly comprises a wood plate, a medium-density glass fiber plate and a sound insulation felt which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, and the construction method comprises the steps that the telescopic mechanism is installed; filling sound insulation cotton; mounting an aluminum profile, an adhesive tape and a magnetic strip; two sound insulation assemblies are installed; sound insulation wall surface decoration processing; inspecting and testing the size of the soundproof wall; and field installation.
