The invention discloses a drilling-free steel bar planting method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically, a flexible easy-to-disassemble piece with the same diameter as a steel bar used for steel bar planting and a fixing piece used for fixing the flexible easy-to-disassemble piece are prepared; s2, pre-embedding construction is conducted, specifically, in the steel bar binding stage or the brickwork masonry stage, the flexible easy-to-disassemble part is placed at the position where steel bars need to be planted and fixed through a fixing part; s3, formwork taking and hole cleaning are conducted, specifically, after concrete construction is completed and formwork removal is conducted, the flexible easy-to-detach part is taken out from the steel bar planting position to form a steel bar planting hole, and chippings and sediments in the steel bar planting hole are cleaned; and S4, embedding steel bars: embedding steel bar embedding glue into the steel bar embedding holes and inserting steel bars into the steel bar embedding holes. According to the drilling-free hole forming process, the operation process of mechanical drilling is omitted, the working strength of steel bar planting is greatly reduced, the labor input is reduced, the cost input of steel bar planting is reduced, the potential safety hazard of mechanical operation is eliminated, and the safety of the operation process is ensured.
