The invention discloses an anti-hollowing construction method for a concrete plastering surface. The anti-hollowing construction method comprises the following steps: measuring and setting out on a concrete base surface to be plastered so as to determine the position of a hanging piece for hanging a steel wire mesh on the concrete base surface; after the concrete base surface to be plastered is cleaned, roughening treatment is conducted on the lofting position; the lofting position is coated with structural adhesive, and the hanging piece is bonded to the lofting position through the structural adhesive; after the structural adhesive is solidified, the steel wire meshes are hung on the hanging pieces; the flattening hanging piece is provided with a hanging part which is used for hanging a steel wire mesh; plastering is conducted on the concrete base face, and the steel wire mesh is located in the plaster layer. According to the method, the hollowing rate of the plaster layer can be remarkably reduced, the plastering quality is high, the step sequence is simple, operation is easy and convenient, the construction efficiency is high, the construction period is short, the cement consumption is small, cost is low, and the method has great application prospects.
