Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the trafficability of the device is enhanced by adopting the crawler-type chassis, so that the device can be suitable for being used in different terrains, and by arranging the storage box body with the stirring mechanism and the filling pipe, chemicals and water can be added into the storage box body through the filling pipe and are uniformly mixed through the stirring mechanism.
