Novel waterproof breathable material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel waterproof breathable material which comprises a melt-blown non-woven fabric layer, a waterproof breathable film layer and a bottom non-woven fabric layer from top to bottom, and the melt-blown non-woven fabric layer and the waterproof breathable film layer are bonded and compounded through co-extrusion or gluing to form a composite layer; the composite layer and the bottom non-woven fabric layer are bonded and compounded by applying glue; the melt-blown non-woven fabric layer, the waterproof breathable film layer and the bottom non-woven fabric layer enhance the adhesive force between the layers through electrostatic electrets. The novel waterproof breathable material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the process is simple, the cost is reduced, the tensile contractility and tensile strength are improved, the durability and processability are improved, and the novel waterproof breathable material can be better suitable for different application scenes.
本发明提出一种新型防水透气材料,其自上而下包括熔喷无纺布层、防水透气膜层以及底部无纺布层,其中所述熔喷无纺布层与所述防水透气膜之间通过共挤或施胶粘结复合,形成复合层;所述复合层与所述底部无纺布层之间通过施胶粘结复合;所述熔喷无纺布层、防水透气膜层以及底部无纺布层均通过静电驻极增强层与层之间的附着力。本发明中叙述的新型防水透气材料具有工艺简单、降低了成本、改善了拉伸收缩性和拉伸强度、提升了耐用性和可加工性、能够更好的适用于不同的应用场景等优点。
