The invention discloses an antibacterial waterproof breathable film as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of waterproof materials. When the antibacterial waterproof breathable film is prepared, hexadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and epoxy chloropropane react to prepare hexadecyl dimethyl epoxy propyl ammonium chloride; the preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially reacting nano silicon dioxide with diethylenetriamine propyl trimethoxy silane and hexadecyl dimethyl epoxy propyl ammonium chloride to prepare modified nano silicon dioxide; allyl glycidyl ether, methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and (perfluorohexyl) ethylene are subjected to a reaction, and an acrylate copolymer is prepared; finally, the acidolysis polyamide, the modified nano silicon dioxide and the acrylate copolymer are blended and subjected to electrostatic spinning, and the antibacterial waterproof breathable film is prepared. The antibacterial waterproof breathable film prepared by the invention has excellent antibacterial performance, waterproof performance, breathable performance and mechanical performance.
本发明公开了一种抗菌型防水透气膜及其制备方法和应用,涉及防水材料技术领域。本发明在制备抗菌型防水透气膜时,将十六烷基二甲基叔胺和环氧氯丙烷反应制得十六烷基二甲基环氧丙基氯化铵;将纳米二氧化硅依次和二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基二甲基环氧丙基氯化铵反应制得改性纳米二氧化硅;再将烯丙基缩水甘油醚、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯和(全氟己基)乙烯反应制得丙烯酸酯共聚物;最后将酸解聚酰胺、改性纳米二氧化硅和丙烯酸酯共聚物共混进行静电纺丝制成抗菌型防水透气膜。本发明制备的抗菌型防水透气膜具有优良的抗菌性能、防水性能、透气性能和力学性能。
