The invention provides a preparation method of roadbed filler adopting shield muck, and the method comprises the following steps: screening shield muck and removing ultrafine particle components of the shield muck, the particle size of the ultrafine particle components being not greater than 0.02 mm to obtain pretreated shield muck; and the pretreated shield muck is subjected to drainage treatment, after drainage is completed, the pretreated shield muck is reinforced in the mode that a hydraulic material is doped and mixed, and the roadbed filler is obtained. According to the preparation method of the roadbed filler adopting the shield muck, provided by the invention, the shield muck is subjected to screening treatment, unwatering treatment and reinforcement treatment in sequence, so that the obtained roadbed material has good mechanical properties, and the standard requirements of the technical properties of the roadbed filler are met.
本发明提供一种采用盾构渣土的路基填料制备方法，所述方法包括：筛分盾构渣土并去除所述盾构渣土的极细颗粒成分，所述极细颗粒成分的粒径不大于0.02mm，得到预处理盾构渣土；对所述预处理盾构渣土进行疏干处理，疏干完成后采用掺加拌合水硬性材料的方式对所述预处理盾构渣土进行加固处理，得到路基填料。本发明提供的采用盾构渣土的路基填料制备方法，通过对盾构渣土依次进行的筛分处理、疏干处理以及加固处理，使得到的路基材料具有良好的力学性能，进而满足路基填料技术性能的规范要求。
