The invention provides a brick making method adopting alkaline shield muck, which comprises the following steps: coarse sand and inorganic powder are added into the shield muck, water is added for mixing, a mixture is obtained, and the inorganic powder comprises at least one of cement, fly ash and slag; the mixture is subjected to vibration extrusion and maintenance, and a brick body is obtained; according to the brick making method adopting the alkaline shield muck, the shield muck, the coarse sand and the inorganic powder are mixed by adding water, so that the hydraulicity of the fly ash, the slag and the like can be excited in an alkaline environment, and meanwhile, the cement can also promote secondary excitation of the fly ash and the slag, so that the brick making effect is improved. Based on the two excitation processes, the brick body obtained by adopting the mixture has the advantages of high strength and light weight, meanwhile, based on the processes, green and environment-friendly utilization of the shield muck is realized, and resource waste is avoided.
本发明提供一种采用碱性盾构渣土的制砖方法,所述方法包括:向盾构渣土中加入粗砂和无机粉料并进行加水拌合,得到拌合料,所述无机粉料包括水泥、粉煤灰、矿渣中的至少一种;将所述拌合料进行振动挤压并养护得到砖体;本发明提供的采用碱性盾构渣土的制砖方法,通过对盾构渣土与粗砂和无机粉料进行加水拌合,使得粉煤灰和矿渣等的水硬性得以在碱性环境中被激发,同时水泥亦可促进粉煤灰和矿渣的二次激发,基于上述的两次激发过程使得采用该拌合料得到的砖体具有高强质轻的优点,同时基于上述过程实现了对盾构渣土的绿色环保性利用,避免了资源浪费。
