Preparation method of recycled aggregate concrete hollow block with double carbon sequestration
The invention relates to a preparation method of a recycled aggregate concrete hollow block with double carbon sequestration, provides a concrete hollow block integrating low-carbon cement, carbonized recycled aggregate and CO2 active sealing for the first time, and realizes low carbonization of the concrete block from two aspects of raw materials and a production process. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out crushing treatment on waste concrete to form recycled aggregate broken stones, carrying out first carbon sequestration through carbonization treatment, and improving the aggregate performance so as to realize 100% of the recycled aggregate replacement rate of the concrete block; and secondly, stirring the raw materials according to the ratio of cement to water to river sand to recycled aggregate of 1: (1.64-2.57): (4.85-8.40): (3.26-5.65), and carrying out pouring molding. Finally, the concrete blocks are placed in a carbonization box for carbonization curing, dependence on traditional high-energy-consumption steam curing is avoided, second-step carbon sequestration of the concrete blocks and low carbonization of the production technology are achieved, and the physical and mechanical properties of the concrete blocks are greatly improved.
一种双重固碳的再生骨料混凝土空心砌块的制备方法,首次提出集低碳水泥、碳化处理再生骨料、CO2主动封存于一体的混凝土空心砌块,将从原材料和生产工艺两方面共同实现混凝土砌块的低碳化。首先,对废弃混凝土进行破碎处理形成再生骨料碎石,通过碳化处理进行首次固碳,并提升骨料性能以实现混凝土砌块的100%再生骨料替代率;其次,按照原材料配比为水泥:水:河砂:再生骨料=1:1.64~2.57:4.85~8.40:3.26~5.65进行搅拌,浇筑成型。最后,置于碳化箱中进行碳化养护,摆脱对传统高能耗蒸汽养护的依赖,实现混凝土砌块第二步的固碳以及生产工艺的低碳化,并大幅提升混凝土砌块物理力学性能。
