The invention discloses high-performance underwater non-dispersible concrete for filling behind a tunnel lining wall and a preparation method of the high-performance underwater non-dispersible concrete. The high-performance underwater non-dispersible concrete comprises 895-980 parts of a base material, the composite admixture is 36.8 to 74.9 parts by weight; 300 to 400 parts of water; wherein the base material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 120 to 180 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 100 to 150 parts of mineral powder, 70 to 110 parts of fly ash, 60 to 90 parts of crop straw ash, 280 to 380 parts of construction waste recycled aggregate and 140 to 200 parts of machine-made sand; the composite admixture is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-4 parts of modified cellulose ether, 1-10 parts of instant sodium silicate, 25-80 parts of sunflower stalk ash and 1-3 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The material has the characteristics of good water dispersion resistance, short setting time and excellent mechanical property, is beneficial to improving the underwater retention rate of the material and the overall mechanical property and impermeability of a tunnel, and has important practical significance for controlling the displacement of duct pieces, improving the backfill effect and ensuring the construction safety.
