The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses high-performance underwater non-dispersible concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 300 to 700 parts of fine aggregate, 500 to 1000 parts of coarse aggregate, 150 to 300 parts of cement, 5 to 10 parts of admixture, 70 to 140 parts of admixture, 80 to 240 parts of mixing water and 0.5 to 10 parts of flocculating agent, the mass of the flocculating agent is 0.5%-3.5% of the mass of the cement. According to the invention, potato starch, acrylic acid, sodium acrylate and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide are copolymerized under a certain reaction condition to form a starch grafted copolymer, so that the cationic polyacrylamide flocculant has the properties of natural and synthetic macromolecules; therefore, the concrete has extremely strong water absorption capacity and flocculation capacity, and can adsorb water which is hundreds of times of the weight of the concrete in a very short time, so that the concrete flocculation efficiency is improved, the underwater dispersity of the concrete is reduced, and the large underwater loss and environmental pollution of the concrete are reduced.
