A wing rail reinforced combined frog comprises a point rail (1), two wing rails (2) and two frog heel rails (3), the two wing rails (2) are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the point rail (1), and the two frog heel rails (3) are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the tail of the point rail (1) and located between the two wing rails (2); wherein one wing rail (2) is formed by welding a standard section (2-1) at the front end and a reinforcing section (2-2) at the rear end, and a welding seam is located between the front end of the wing rail (2) and the frog throat (6). By optimizing the position of the wing rail welding seam, the wing rail welding seam is moved forwards to the front of the frog throat, the wing rail welding seam is made to be far away from a wheel load transfer area, wheels can stably and safely pass through the wing rail welding seam, the stress state of the wing rail welding seam is improved, and the problem that the top face of the wing rail welding seam is abraded unevenly is solved.
一种翼轨加强型组合辙叉,包括心轨(1)、两根翼轨(2)及两根叉跟轨(3),两根翼轨(2)对称固定在心轨(1)的两侧,两根叉跟轨(3)对称固定在心轨(1)尾部的两侧,且位于两根翼轨(2)之间;其中一根翼轨(2)由前端的标准段(2‑1)和后端的加强段(2‑2)焊接而成,且焊缝位于翼轨(2)前端与辙叉咽喉(6)之间。本发明通过优化翼轨焊缝位置,将翼轨焊缝前移至辙叉咽喉前方,使翼轨焊缝远离轮载转移区,使车轮能够平稳、安全通过翼轨焊缝,改善了翼轨焊缝受力状态,解决了翼轨焊缝顶面磨耗不均匀的问题。
