The invention provides a combined frog point rail and a preparation method thereof. The combined frog point rail is composed of a point rail A and point rail spacer iron B which are integrally formed. The integrally formed combined frog point rail is a combined frog point rail manufactured by adopting an I-shaped point rail blank C with a uniform section; the preparation method comprises the steps of determining steel types; the rolling or forging ratio is determined according to the frog model; manufacturing an I-shaped point rail blank C by adopting a continuous casting, continuous rolling or forging and die forging process mode; selecting a proper heat treatment process according to the steel grade to perform heat treatment on the I-shaped point rail blank C; and processing and forming. The technical problems that an existing point rail and a point rail preparation method are large in machining range, low in material utilization rate, high in manufacturing cost, poor in process quality stability, low in operability and inconvenient to popularize in the market are solved. According to the invention, the requirements of factory batch production can be met, the manufacturing cost is relatively low, and the popularization value is relatively high.
