Prefabricated inverted arch bridge girder erection machine and using method thereof
A prefabricated inverted arch bridge girder erection machine comprises a hoisting support, a prefabricated inverted arch hoisting trolley capable of moving on the hoisting support and a bridge body arranged in the front-back direction, the front end of the bridge body is hinged to the front end of the hoisting support, and a swing driving piece used for driving the bridge body to swing up and down is arranged on the hoisting support. The using method comprises the following steps that S1, before the prefabricated inverted arch constructed in the previous working procedure does not bear load, the bridge body serves as a vehicle passing channel; s2, the prefabricated inverted arch to be hoisted is transported to the position below the rear end of the hoisting support through a transport vehicle, and a swing driving piece drives the bridge body to swing upwards to leave the construction position of the next procedure; s3, the prefabricated inverted arches to be hoisted are hoisted to the corresponding installation positions through the prefabricated inverted arch hoisting trolley; and S4, the swing driving piece drives the bridge body to swing downwards till the rear end is erected on the prefabricated inverted arch capable of bearing loads, and the bridge body serves as a vehicle passing channel. The prefabricated inverted arch is simple in structure, a plurality of prefabricated inverted arches can be installed at a time, vehicles can pass in time, and the construction efficiency is improved.
一种预制仰拱架桥机,包括吊装支架、可在吊装支架上移动的预制仰拱吊装小车和沿前后方向布置的桥体,桥体前端与吊装支架前端铰接,吊装支架上设有用于带动桥体上下摆动的摆动驱动件。其使用方法包括以下步骤S1、上一工序施工的预制仰拱未能承重之前,桥体作为过车通道使用;S2、运输车辆将待吊装的预制仰拱运输至吊装支架后端下方,摆动驱动件带动桥体向上摆动让出下一个工序施工位置;S3、预制仰拱吊装小车将各待吊装的预制仰拱吊装至对应的安装位置;S4、摆动驱动件带动桥体向下摆动直至后端搭设于能够承重的预制仰拱上,桥体作为过车通道使用。本发明结构简单,可以一次性安装多块预制仰拱,车辆可以及时通行,提高了施工效率。
