The invention discloses an emergency guardrail for road traffic management, which is characterized in that a controller is fixed at the top end of a front guardrail, a warning lamp is mounted at the top end of the controller, the interior of the controller is electrically connected with a battery, and a plurality of vertical rear contact rollers are rotatably connected to the rear part of the front guardrail from left to right in sequence; vertical front universal wheels are installed on the front portions and the rear portions of the left end and the right end of the front guardrail correspondingly, a horizontal supporting groove penetrates through the middle of the front guardrail in the left-right direction, and horizontal limiting grooves are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the supporting groove in the left-right direction correspondingly. During normal use, the front guardrail and the rear guardrail can be prevented from moving accidentally by inserting the front ground insert and the rear ground insert into the road holes, normal road isolation and traffic guidance effects are guaranteed, and the retrograde running behavior after vehicles cross lines is avoided; and the vehicle pushes the front contact roller in the corresponding direction, so that the insertion connection between the front ground plug and the hole is relieved by utilizing the thrust of the vehicle.
