The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a high-pressure jet grouting expanded-head anti-floating anchor rod construction method which comprises the construction steps of pile position arrangement, drilling, reaming, anchor rod installation, grouting, structural bottom plate forming and the like. According to the construction method, the anti-floating anchor rods are made of SPB1080-grade high-strength steel bars, and the single anchor bearing capacity is high; a high-pressure jet grouting nozzle is adopted to conduct reaming operation on the lower portion of a formed hole, so that after the anchor rod is installed and grouted, a high-pressure jet grouting expanded head is formed at the bottom of the anchor rod, the anchoring force of the bottom of the anchor rod is high, and the anti-floating effect of the anchor rod is improved; and the top of the anti-floating anchor rod is rigidly connected with the structural bottom plate, so that the problem that the anchor rod is easy to leak at the position of the structural bottom plate is solved.
