The invention relates to the technical field of independent foundation anti-floating anchor rod construction, and particularly discloses an anti-floating anchor rod segmented grouting construction method which specifically comprises the following steps that after large-face earth excavation of a foundation pit is completed, anchor rod hole drilling construction is conducted; first grouting is conducted, and the height of the first grouting is smaller than the distance between the bottom of the anchor rod hole and the bottom of the independent foundation; a pile casing is installed on the upper portion of the first-time grouting; carrying out independent foundation earthwork excavation, brick mould construction and earthwork backfilling and compacting; and second-time grouting construction is conducted on the steel casing part. According to the method, the situation that the effective length of the anti-floating anchor rod is insufficient due to the fact that the distance between the independent foundation and the anti-floating anchor rod is too close when the independent foundation is excavated and the upper rod body of the anti-floating anchor rod is damaged by an excavation machine can be effectively avoided.
