According to the main pier steel hanging box, a circle of clamping groove is formed in the bottom end of the inner wall of a steel sleeve, and a bottom plate is divided into three parts including two opposite first supporting plates, two opposite second supporting plates and a third supporting plate located between the first supporting plates and the second supporting plates; clamping plates are arranged on the arc-shaped edges of the first supporting plates and the second supporting plates, the clamping plates on the outer walls of the first supporting plates are embedded into the clamping grooves, the two second supporting plates are arranged between the two first supporting plates and slide, and the clamping plates of the second supporting plates are embedded into the clamping grooves; at the moment, the third supporting plate is embedded between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate to limit and fix the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, splicing of the bottom plate is completed, the bottom plate can be disassembled only through reverse operation when the bottom plate needs to be disassembled, and the carrying cost is reduced.
本发明公开一种主墩钢吊箱，本发明通过在钢套内壁底端位置开设一圈卡槽，将底板分为三部分，两块相对的第一支撑板、两块相对的第二支撑板和位于第一支撑板与第二支撑板中间的第三支撑板，第一支撑板和第二支撑板弧形边设置有卡板，先将第一支撑板外壁卡板嵌入卡槽内部，将两个第二支撑板置于两个第一支撑板之间并滑动，将第二支撑板的卡板嵌入卡槽内部，此时将第三支撑板嵌入第一支撑板和第二支撑板之间对第一支撑板和第二支撑板进行限位固定，完成对底板的拼装，在需要拆卸时只需反向操作即可拆卸，减少了搬运成本。
