A first positioning steel plate is pre-buried and poured on the cast-in-place pier base, threaded holes are formed in the four corners of the first positioning steel plate, and upward pre-buried positioning bolts are arranged in the threaded holes in a penetrating mode; a second positioning steel plate is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated pier body, smooth holes are formed in the four corners of the second positioning steel plate, and the upper ends of the embedded positioning bolts penetrate through the smooth holes and extend into the prefabricated pier body; the first positioning steel plate is provided with a first positioning steel plate information two-dimensional code, and the second positioning steel plate is provided with a prefabricated pier body information two-dimensional code. By adopting the structure, the problem of low buttress process efficiency caused by a cast-in-place and welding mode in the prior art can be effectively solved, buttresses of different models and pier bases are matched through the two-dimensional codes, and the hoisting operation efficiency is further improved.
