Provided is a method for constructing a structure by constructing a bottom plate and a wall in order after excavating the ground. The method includes a step of installing a precast wall which is a wall structure and includes a body unit, a column supporting unit extended from the underside of the body unit to right under both lateral ends of the body unit, and an internal rebar projecting and extended into the lower space (S) formed between the column supporting unit and the bottom surface of the body unit on the ground to be stood independently; a step of placing concrete on site not only to fill the lower space (S) and to embed the internal rebar inside, but also to form the bottom plate and thereafter strongly coupling the bottom plate and the wall; and a step of integrally constructing a buttress with the wall and the bottom plate on the rear surface of a longitudinal joint of the wall to be extended transversely toward the in-site concrete.
지반을 터파기한 후, 저판, 벽체를 차례대로 시공하여 구조물을 시공하는 방법에 대한 것으로서 상기 방법은 벽체구조물로서 몸통부; 상기 몸통부 저면에 몸통부의 양 측면단부의 직 하방으로 연장 형성된 기둥지지부; 및 상기 기둥지지부와 몸통부 저면 사이에 형성된 하부공간(S)에 돌출 연장되도록 형성된 내부철근;을 포함하여 제작되는 프리캐스트 벽체를 지반에 자립 설치하는 단계; 상기 하부공간(S)에 채워져 내부철근이 매립되도록 함과 더불어 저판이 형성될 수 있도록 현장타설 콘크리트를 타설하여 저판과 벽체를 서로 강결시키는 단계; 및 상기 벽체의 종방향 연결부위의 배면에 현장타설 콘크리트로 횡방향으로 연장되도록 부벽을 벽체와 저판과 일체로 시공하는 단계;를 포함한다.
