The cutter cover is provided with two end plates and a cutter cover shell connected with the two end plates, the two ends of a main shaft of the dredging reamer are supported by the end plates of the cutter cover respectively, the driving motor is installed on the end plates, and the mud conveying pipe connector is arranged on the cutter cover shell. And the ratio of the pitch of the mud guide plate to the minimum distance from the outer edge of the mud guide plate to the inner wall of the knife cover shell is (50: 1)-(60: 1). The device is applied to a desilting robot, silted soil and undisturbed soil can be desilted behind and below a port wharf, the desilting amount reaches 150 cubic meters per hour or above, power is stable, and control is stable.
