Reservoir desilting device and desilting method thereof
The invention discloses a reservoir desilting device and a desilting method thereof. A plurality of vertical flange connectors which are integrally formed and arranged at intervals in the axial direction are arranged on a horizontal pipe, and an integrally-formed horizontal flange connector is arranged at an outlet; a water inlet valve is fixed to the vertical flange connector, farthest from the downstream, of the horizontal pipe through a water inlet pipe, and silt inlet valves are fixed to the other vertical flange connectors. A discharge valve is fixed to the horizontal flange connector through a connecting pipe, and a sediment concentration sensor is arranged on the connecting pipe. The water flow flowing into the horizontal pipe is controlled through the water inlet valve, and the horizontal pipe is prevented from being blocked by silt deposits through the water flow effect; and meanwhile, silt inlet valves are fixed to other vertical flange connectors, the desilting range is enlarged, silt deposits are discharged out of the discharge valves through the water flow effect caused by the upstream and downstream water level difference of the reservoir in the silt discharging process, other devices such as a power stirring suction head are not needed, and energy consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种水库清淤装置及其清淤方法。本发明中水平管上设有一体成型的沿轴向间距排布的多个竖向法兰接口,出口设有一体成型的水平向法兰接口;水平管上距离下游最远处的竖向法兰接口通过进水管固定有进水阀,其余的竖向法兰接口上均固定有进淤阀;水平向法兰接口通过连接管固定有排出阀,连接管上设有泥沙浓度传感器。本发明中通过进水阀控制流入水平管的水流大小,并通过水流作用防止水平管被泥沙淤积物堵塞;同时其他的竖向法兰接口均固定有进淤阀,清淤范围增大,且排淤过程中通过水库上下游的水位差引起的水流作用使泥沙淤积物从排出阀排出,无需动力搅吸头等其他装置,减少耗能。
