The invention relates to a hydropower station reservoir area desilting device and desilting equipment. The device comprises a support, a silt crushing assembly and a desilting assembly. The silt crushing assembly comprises a first driving part and a supporting barrel, a containing cavity is formed in the supporting barrel, a sand inlet hole is formed in the barrel wall of the supporting barrel and communicates with the containing cavity, a silt crushing part is arranged on the outer wall of the supporting barrel, and the supporting barrel is driven by the first driving part to drive the silt crushing part to rotate; the sand discharging assembly comprises a suction head and a sand discharging piece, the suction head is contained in the containing cavity, the sand discharging piece is communicated with the suction head, and the suction head is driven by the sand discharging piece to suck silt entering through the sand inlet hole. The sand inlet holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the supporting cylinder and can intercept silt with large particles, the particle size of the silt sucked by the suction head is reduced, in addition, the suction head is contained in the containing cavity, the suction head is located in the center of the stirred silt, and therefore the concentration of the silt in the muddy water sucked by the suction head is higher; the silt suction efficiency of the desilting piece is improved, and the desilting efficiency is improved.
