The invention provides a water pump variable-speed constant-pressure water supply system with non-intrusive water pump energy efficiency identification. The water supply system comprises a platform physical system of a motor dragging water pump and a control algorithm of non-intrusive water pump energy efficiency identification. A platform physical system is divided into four parts, namely a motor part, a water pump and water supply part, a motor control part and a water pump energy efficiency identification part, a water pressure sensor transmits pressure signals in the water pump and water supply system to a control system, the control system drives a motor to rotate, and the motor drags the water pump to operate through a coupler; and meanwhile, the control system inputs an operation signal to the water pump energy efficiency identification part. According to the invention, while constant-pressure water supply of the water pump is realized, identification of the water pump body efficiency, the total efficiency of the motor and control equipment and the efficiency of the motor-water pump control system can be completed without installing inlet and outlet flowmeters.
本发明提供一种带非介入式水泵能效辨识的水泵变速恒压该供水系统,包括电机拖动水泵的平台实物系统和非介入式水泵能效辨识的控制算法。本发明将平台实物系统划分为四部分‑电机部分、水泵及供水部分、电机控制部分和水泵能效辨识部分,水压传感器将水泵及供水系统中的压力信号传递到控制系统,控制系统驱动电机转动,使电机通过联轴器拖动水泵运行,同时控制系统将运行信号输入到水泵能效辨识部分。本发明在实现水泵恒压供水的同时,无需安装进出口流量计即可完成对水泵泵体效率、电机与控制设备总效率和电机‑水泵控制系统效率的辨识。
