The invention provides a beam end replaceable energy consumption device of a beam column joint, which comprises an embedded steel plate and a metal damper, and the embedded steel plate is embedded at the end part of a steel bar of a precast concrete beam; the metal damper is mounted between the embedded steel plates of the two butted precast concrete beams; the end part of a reinforcing steel bar in the precast concrete beam is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve, and the embedded steel plate is fixedly connected with the threaded sleeve; the metal damper comprises perforated H-shaped steel, an end plate, a restraint plate, a filling plate and a dumbbell-shaped steel plate. The metal damper and the perforated H-shaped steel are connected with the prefabricated concrete beam through high-strength bolts and can be quickly replaced after an earthquake; the post-earthquake recoverable function of the beam-column joint of the fabricated concrete frame structure is achieved, the post-earthquake repair time of the structure is saved, and the full-life-cycle high benefit of the fabricated concrete structure is achieved.
