Fabricated steel structure beam-column joint with replaceable arc-shaped energy consumption plates
The invention relates to an assembly type steel structure beam-column joint with replaceable arc-shaped energy dissipation plates. The assembly type steel structure beam-column joint mainly comprises an H-shaped steel column, an H-shaped steel beam, a plurality of sets of arc-shaped energy dissipation plates and a plurality of connecting pieces. According to the technical scheme, the H-shaped steel column is connected with the upper flange and the lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam through the T-shaped piece and the energy consumption device composed of the multiple sets of arc-shaped energy consumption plates so as to bear the bending moment effect; the H-shaped steel column is connected with a web of the H-shaped steel beam through a T-shaped piece so as to bear vertical shearing force. Under the action of an earthquake, the beam component can rotate around the end part of the upper flange, so that the damage to a floor slab is effectively reduced; and the post-earthquake damage of the joint is concentrated on the arc-shaped energy consumption plate which is easy to detect and replace, and the main body beam column component is not damaged, so that the post-earthquake recovery capability of the joint is greatly improved. In addition, the geometric configuration of the arc-shaped energy consumption plate can be flexibly adjusted, so that the mechanical parameters of the joint have high adjustability.
