A beam hole (4) for a steel column (2) to be inserted in a clearance mode is formed in the middle of each steel beam (1), a lower end opening of each beam hole (4) is larger than an upper end opening of each beam hole (4), haunched beam positioning plates (5) arranged in the length direction of the beam hole (4) are welded to the edges of the two sides of the lower portion of each beam hole (4), and haunched steel beams (3) capable of being in clearance sliding fit in the length direction of the haunched steel beams (3) are arranged between the two haunched steel beams (3).
