The invention provides a constructional column broken bridge heat insulation structure and a heat insulation method. The structure comprises a pair of constructional column reinforcement cages, a heat insulation plate, a first connecting steel plate and a second connecting steel plate. The constructional column reinforcement cages are arranged between every two adjacent building blocks, and the pair of constructional column reinforcement cages are oppositely arranged and form a gap for containing a heat preservation plate; the first connecting steel plates are arranged in pairs, one first connecting steel plate is welded to one constructional column reinforcement cage, and the other first connecting steel plate is welded to the other constructional column reinforcement cage; a first reserved bolt hole is formed in each first connecting steel plate; the second connecting steel plates are used for connecting the same pair of first connecting steel plates so as to fix the pair of constructional column reinforcement cages into a whole, and the second connecting steel plates are located outside the constructional column reinforcement cages; and a second bolt hole is reserved in the second connecting steel plate. Under the condition that external heat preservation is not adopted, the heat bridge effect of the constructional column part is isolated, and the overall thermal performance of the masonry structure is improved.
本发明提出了一种构造柱断桥隔热保温构造及保温方法,该构造包括一对构造柱钢筋笼、保温板、第一连接钢板和第二连接钢板;构造柱钢筋笼设置于相邻两砌块之间,一对构造柱钢筋笼相对设置并形成容纳一保温板的间隙;第一连接钢板成对设置,其中一个第一连接钢板焊接于一构造柱钢筋笼上,另一个第一连接钢板焊接于另一构造柱钢筋笼上;每个第一连接钢板上均第一预留螺栓孔;第二连接钢板用于连接同一对第一连接钢板以将一对构造柱钢筋笼固定为一体,第二连接钢板位于构造柱钢筋笼的外部;第二连接钢板上预留第二螺栓孔。本发明在不采用外保温的情况下,隔断构造柱部位的热桥效应,提高砌体结构的整体热工性能。
