The invention relates to a high-toughness large-span floor slab and aims to solve the technical problems that connection between current floor slabs is unreliable and later use is affected. The high-toughness large-span floor slab comprises a floor slab body and a plurality of preformed holes, the preformed holes are formed in the outer wall of the floor slab body and penetrate through the floor slab body, and the high-toughness large-span floor slab further comprises pouring seams; the pouring seams are formed in the two sides of the floor slab body, a first staggered-tooth block and a second staggered-tooth block are installed on the inner walls of the pouring seams located on the two sides of the floor slab body correspondingly, and staggered teeth are arranged on the first staggered-tooth block and the second staggered-tooth block correspondingly. The staggered teeth arranged in a staggered mode increase the contact area with the adhesive, meanwhile, the adhesive can rapidly circulate in the pouring seam through the inclined faces and the circulation holes, the whole pouring seam is rapidly filled with the adhesive, the adjacent floor bodies can be rapidly and tightly connected through the pouring seam, and the reliability of connection between the floor bodies is improved.
