Reinforcing structure and method for large-span floor slab
The invention discloses a reinforcing structure and method for a large-span floor slab, belongs to the field of floor slab reinforcing, and solves the problems of insufficient bearing capacity, cracking, overlarge deflection and the like of the large-span floor slab. The reinforced structure comprises a plurality of reinforced steel units, the reinforced steel units are arranged between original steel bars of the floor in parallel, and the two ends of each reinforced steel unit are connected with a shear wall or a beam. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps: removing floor load, supporting at the bottom of the floor, and inversely supporting at the bottom of a settlement area of the floor; chiseling away concrete in the settlement area of the floor, and reserving original steel bars of the floor; the stiffened steel sections sequentially penetrate through original steel bars of the floor slab and are supported between the steel bars, the adjacent stiffened steel sections are connected to form stiffened steel units, a plurality of stiffened steel units are arranged in a settlement area of the floor slab in parallel, and the two ends of each stiffened steel unit are connected with a shear wall or a beam to form a whole-span support; and the chiseled area is poured with high-strength concrete-grade concrete. The original structure of the floor slab is fully utilized, stress is reasonable, and the thickness of the original floor slab is not increased.
本发明公开了一种大跨度楼板的加固结构及方法,属于楼板加固领域,解决了大跨度楼板出现承载力不足、开裂及挠度过大等问题。本发明加固结构包括多个劲钢单元,劲钢单元平行排布在楼板原有的钢筋之间,劲钢单元的两端与剪力墙或梁相连。加固方法:将楼板荷载卸除,在楼板底部做支撑,在楼板的沉降区域底部反拱支撑;凿除楼板的沉降区域的混凝土,保留楼板原有的钢筋;将劲钢段依次穿过楼板原有的钢筋并支撑在钢筋之间,将相邻的劲钢段连接形成劲钢单元,在楼板的沉降区域平行布置多个劲钢单元,将劲钢单元两端与剪力墙或梁相连,形成整跨支撑;在凿除区域用高强度混等级凝土浇筑。本发明充分利用楼板原有结构,受力合理,不增加原有楼板的厚度。
